Terms of service

The service

Message4Cash lets adults create digital Storefronts and associated Showrooms for their lawful products, services and communications. An account is required to create and publish messages; visitors can view public links and use creator buttons without purchasing or registering.

Pricing and credits

A $10 USD one-time package provides 20 publication credits. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Saving drafts is free. Publishing one Storefront and its Showroom consumes one credit. Published content cannot be edited. Publishing a revised version consumes another credit and generates a new link. Credits are service units, have no cash or cryptocurrency value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

Published links and availability

Published messages have no set expiration while the service operates, unless the creator unpublishes them or they are removed for abuse or legal reasons. This is not a promise of perpetual hosting. We may need to change, interrupt or discontinue the service; where feasible we will give account holders notice and an opportunity to retain their content. Unpublishing does not restore a consumed credit.

Payments and refunds

Stripe handles purchases of Message4Cash credits. Credits are allocated only after verified payment. If payment succeeds but credits do not arrive, or you believe you were charged incorrectly, use a Storefront’s “Report content” form with “Billing request,” your account email and your Stripe receipt reference. Do not include card numbers. Requests for unused-package refunds are reviewed individually; applicable consumer rights remain in effect. Owner-issued test credits are free and have no refund value.

Your customers and your responsibilities

Customer payments, bookings and orders made through your Showroom links go directly through your external providers. Message4Cash does not hold, distribute, guarantee or arbitrate those funds or fulfill your orders. You are responsible for pricing, delivery, customer service, refunds, taxes and the terms of the external services you use.

Content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of your content and grant the service permission to store, display and back it up as needed to operate your pages. You must have rights to all uploaded materials. No fraud, phishing, malware, impersonation, illegal sales, harassment, exploitation, spam or misleading payment links. We may disable content or accounts for abuse and respond to lawful requests. Use “Report content” on a published page to flag concerns.

Limitations

Analytics are event counts and do not establish completed sales. The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for service failures is limited to the amount paid to Message4Cash in the preceding 12 months. This does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account help

Account sign-in and recovery use ChatGPT’s account system. For service, content or policy requests, submit a report from any Storefront and include a contact email.
